Tastelab’s Pâté Foix
Just like foie gras. But vegan.

 

First developed only to be used in our catering dishes but becoming such a big hit with our guests and our chefs that we decided to launch it as our first own product: Tastelab’s Pâté Foix.

Based on nuts, Pâté Foix is a foie gras alternative full in flavour, yet delicate, unbelievably creamy and super versatile in its use.

While traditional foie gras is a guilty pleasure of food enthusiast in France and around the world, Pâté Foix is the perfect ingredient to delight your guests:

With a similarly rich taste, it can be served in any way foie gras is served. On top of that, it adds a great story: Pâté Foix is entirely plant-based and free of animal cruelty, it comes with a much smaller eco-footprint than traditional foie gras - and it’s also super-healthy due to its base of cashews and pine nuts.

Pâté Foix lets you combine luxurious taste, healthy food and a clear conscience.

Pâté Foix is designed and produced in small batches in Zürich. It is made purely with natural ingredients from sustainable and fair-trade sources (Bio & Gebana).

Pâté Foix is available for gastronomy and as a limited winter edition in the glass.
